At the core of our product is intelligence: a software-first approach that brings together data, algorithms, and execution in the field.
We’re looking for Procurement Specialist to Join our procurement team and take part in driving our end-to-end supply chain.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in procurement, preferably in a hardware/technology environment.

  • Academic background in Industrial Engineering/ Logistics / Supply Chain.

  • Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.

  • Experience working with BOM files and engineering documentation.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (Priority – strong advantage).

  • Proven experience in international purchasing and shipping (freight forwarders, customs, Incoterms).

  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor communication abilities.

  • High level of English (written and spoken).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and reliable.

  • Experience in a multidisciplinary hardware / robotics company- advantages.

  • Knowledge of cost structure in manufacturing processes (materials, machining, assembly)- advantages.

Requirements

What You Will Do

Full ownership of purchasing processes — from request to delivery

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, initiate price quotations, and compare offers.

  • Work closely with engineering teams and BOM files to ensure accurate purchasing.

  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and commercial agreements.

  • Manage purchasing orders through Priority ERP, including documentation and follow-ups.

  • Track shipments and logistics, including international shipping, delivery schedules, and cost structure.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering and operations) to support production and development needs.

  • Monitor supplier performance, lead-time accuracy, and recurring gaps.

  • Handle import processes, customs, and freight forwarders when needed.

  • Ensure inventory availability and support planning of materials and parts for development and production.
