We’re looking for Procurement Specialist to Join our procurement team and take part in driving our end-to-end supply chain.

Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in procurement, preferably in a hardware/technology environment.
Academic background in Industrial Engineering/ Logistics / Supply Chain.
Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
Experience working with BOM files and engineering documentation.
Experience working with ERP systems (Priority – strong advantage).
Proven experience in international purchasing and shipping (freight forwarders, customs, Incoterms).
Strong negotiation skills and vendor communication abilities.
High level of English (written and spoken).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and reliable.
Experience in a multidisciplinary hardware / robotics company- advantages.
Knowledge of cost structure in manufacturing processes (materials, machining, assembly)- advantages.

Requirements
What You Will Do
Full ownership of purchasing processes — from request to delivery
Source and evaluate suppliers, initiate price quotations, and compare offers.
Work closely with engineering teams and BOM files to ensure accurate purchasing.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and commercial agreements.
Manage purchasing orders through Priority ERP, including documentation and follow-ups.
Track shipments and logistics, including international shipping, delivery schedules, and cost structure.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering and operations) to support production and development needs.
Monitor supplier performance, lead-time accuracy, and recurring gaps.
Handle import processes, customs, and freight forwarders when needed.
Ensure inventory availability and support planning of materials and parts for development and production.
