Mechanical Engineer

Dairycs is pioneering a new category in dairy farming – an autonomous dairy farm management system powered by real-time decision-making and advanced technology.
At the core of our product is cutting-edge robotics – a true playground for mechanical engineers.
We combine smart mechanisms, motion systems, and precision engineering to create machines that move, think, and transform dairy farming.
We’re a team of makers, innovators, and problem-solvers who love building things that matter – and we’re looking for Mechanical Engineer to join us.

 Work includes:

What We’re Looking For

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – must.

  • At least 4 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer, focused on mechanical design (mechanisms and assemblies).

  • Proven experience in product development – emphasis on motion and mechanisms.

  • Full proficiency in SolidWorks, including large assemblies and surface modeling.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and tolerancing.

  • Practical, hands-on mindset – not just theory.

  • Workshop skills (machining, welding, assembly)

  • Background in robotics, drones, or defense – advantage.

  • Experience in motion control (motors, drivers, controllers) – advantage.

If you’re looking for meaning, technology, teamwork, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty – come talk to us.

On-site position, 5 days a week, based in Rosh HaAyin.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

· Design and develop mechanical mechanisms and assemblies – from concept to detailed design and drawings.

· Build prototypes and perform lab and field testing – from CAD to hands-on work in the workshop.

· Perform mechanical analyses and calculations – strength, motion, tolerances, and manufacturability.

· Be actively involved in integration and on-site system testing (including field work at the dairy farm).

· Collaborate closely with electronics, software, and operations teams.

· Support manufacturing, suppliers, and technicians to bring designs to life.
