We’re looking for a Junior In-House IT Specialist to join us and work side by side with our external IT provider, taking part in building and scaling our internal IT operations from the ground up.

What you’ll do:
Support & Troubleshoot: Be the go-to person for daily tech issues, from hardware and OS to network and software support.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of employee workstations, including setting up accounts, permissions (O365), and hardware.
Manage Assets: Handle inventory, software licenses, and procurement of new gear.
Collaborate: Act as the bridge between our company and our external IT vendor to coordinate upgrades and complex repairs.
Build & Document: Help us create organized IT processes and documentation.

Requirements
Who you are:
You have a solid grasp of Windows and Office 365.
You have a "can-do" attitude and a high sense of service.
You can work independently and keep things orderly.
Previous experience in IT/Helpdesk (military or courses).
Experience with Linux is a significant advantage!
Ready and able to perform hands-on field work.
