Electronics Technician

We're looking for an Electronics Technician who lives the lab, thrives on hands-on work, and knows how to bring electronic boards and systems to life - from soldering to bring-up to field troubleshooting.

What You Bring
• 2-5 years of practical, hand-on experience working with electronics in lab and field environments- required.
• Electronics Practical Engineer diploma - required.
• Proven experience in PCB assembly and soldering (including fine-pitch SMT).
• Experience building cable harnesses and reading wiring diagrams, schematics and cable drawings.
• Hands-on experience with lab tools and electrical measurements.
• Experience performing board bring-up and PCB testing.
• Ability and willingness to work both in the lab and in the field.
• Strong technical documentation skills.

• Experience with Altium- Advantage.
• Familiarity with communication protocols: RS485, Ethernet, UART, I2C, SPI - Advantage.
• Basic scripting skills in Python and experience using Git - Advantage.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
• Perform high-quality soldering and PCB assembly, including work with small SMT components.
• Execute board bring-up, functional testing, and debugging of electronic systems.
• Build and route cable harnesses based on wiring diagrams.
• Conduct electrical measurements and interface validation using lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, etc.)
• Support integration of electro-mechanical systems.
• Work closely with engineering teams and assist with field installations, troubleshooting, and on-site testing.
• Produce clear, accurate technical documentation and test reports.
