We’re hiring an Accountant (CPA) to join our growing Agri-Tech startup
Dairycs is building a new category in dairy farming — an autonomous herd management system combining robotics, software, and real-world operations.
We are looking for a hands-on Accountant (CPA) to take ownership of the company’s accounting and financial operations in a fast-growing startup environment.
Work includes:
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support budgeting and monitor expenses and revenues
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Manage financial reporting for the Israel Innovation Authority
Oversee cash flow, banking activity, and financial reporting
Supervise payroll processes and statutory reporting
Identify and improve financial processes

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance and CPA certification
Completed internship (stage) in accounting
Experience working with startups or similar environments
Experience with the Israel Innovation Authority and/or financial institutions
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Experience working with banks; accounting software knowledge is an advantage
