Experienced Electronics Engineer

Dairycs is pioneering a new category in dairy farming – an autonomous herd management system powered by real-time decision-making and cutting-edge technology. At the core of our product is intelligence: software that connects data, algorithms, and field execution.
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of embedded electronics and board design, from concept to real-world testing, in a multi-disciplinary product environment.

 Work includes:

What you’ll do:

  • Design and develop PCBs and electronic circuits, including analog, digital, power supplies, and communication interfaces.

  • Perform PCB layout, build libraries, select components, and prepare production files using Altium Designer (or OrCAD).

  • Hands-on assembly and Bring-Up of boards – soldering small components, testing, and integrating with existing systems.

  • Collaborate closely with software and mechanical engineers throughout the development cycle.

  • Use lab tools like oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters for validation and optimization.

  • Support field integration, testing, and troubleshooting of deployed systems.

  • Develop internal test tools using Python or C/C++ (advantage).

  • B.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in board design, including schematic design and PCB layout.

  • Solid understanding of electronic circuits: analog, digital, power, and communication interfaces.

  • Experience with electronic components, sensors, and actuation  systems.

  • Willingness to work in both office and field environments – including farm conditions.

Advantages:

  • Hands-on experience with multi-disciplinary or robotic/autonomous systems.

  • Familiarity with circuit simulation tools.

  • Attention to detail, precise soldering/assembly skills, and strong system-level understanding.
